Monday 6/25 at 8pm. Looking forward to it!
UPDATE: ALL TICKETS FOR THIS EVENT HAVE BEEN RELEASED AND WE WILL BE AT CAPACITY. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR INTEREST AND SORRY TO THOSE WHO CAN’T JOIN IN THE FESTIVITIES.
Signing sucked because at the last min. Ifans decides to cancel. Waste of time and never again! Its was raining and I caught a cold for nothing a-holes.
I bet a lot of people who haven’t even purchased anything from Forbidden Planet got tickets. If they let people walk in without a ticket then I would be so unfair because I wanted to go…
So how did the signing go? Success/failure? A lot of business or did people just go in to get something signed?
Notice the art work at the top of this web page : is says “The Daily Planet”, which was the newspaper in ‘Superman’. Since this is a promo for Spider-man, shouldn’t it be changed to ‘The Daily Bugle’, which was the paper that Peter Parker worked for ?
There is a 7:30 pm screening as well.
So wait. You were buying something at Forbidden Planet and no one (not even the cashier?) told you about the Amazing Spider-man advanced screening?
That does suck!!! Especially since you were a customer and probably more than half the people who got the passes won’t even shop at FP anyway (I know a few of the “usuals” on these movie lines myself and four of them are unemployed and will most likely NOT buy anything at Forbidden Planet)!
Kind of a bad marketing ploy don’t you think?
The ironic thing was I was at the store yesterday when you guys released the Gofobo code (I have the sales receipt to prove it!). I missed out altogether and feel worst than someone who just missed the code at random.
Hi, unfortunately i didn’t go fast enough to get the advance screening tickets but can i attend the signing?
