Brooklyn book Festival Forbidden Planet NYC FPNYC official retail partner

Marvel Comics is exhibiting at this year’s Brooklyn Book Festival for the first time, and we’re proud to be their retail partner at the show. That means we’ll be setting up and staffing the Marvel booth (#608, just off Joralemon St and across from Brooklyn Borough Hall) on Sunday 22nd from 10am-6pm and YOU should come by to check it out. FPNYC’ll be giving away FREE comics and swag throughout the day, in addition to selling a mountain of some of the best comics and graphic novels Marvel has to offer!

There will also be an in-booth signing with comics writers Charles Soule (Daredevil, Star Wars, Wolverine) and Matthew Rosenberg (Punisher, New Mutants, X-Men) from 2-3pm.

We’re also exhibiting two blocks away at the Brooklyn Historical Society on Pierrepont St. We’ll be selling books related to the Festival’s comics panels there, in addition to even more creator signings.

That’s a lot to be excited about, right? And it’s easy to get to this part of Brooklyn. The 4,5,2,N and R trains all stop a block away from the show. That’s ten to fifteen minutes away from our shop off Manhattan’s Union Square. Come by and spend the day with us!
